Alive & Well San Francisco, established in June 2004, is a local affiliate of Alive & Well AIDS Alternatives, the Los Angeles based nonprofit AIDS service organization. We provide support to people who seek to examine all of the scientific information available on immune deficiency, and explore the many options for improving and/or maintaining their health outside of the prevailing pharmacotoxic paradigm. Many of us question the science that claims that HIV is the cause of AIDS, rather than another symptom of an inflammatory autoimmune disease. We give vital hope by sharing effective and up-to-date information on healing systemic immune imbalances with natural and nontoxic therapies, as well as our members' experiences with self-healing.
We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, from 7-9pm at the RK Davies Hospital (at Castro and Duboce), Gazebo Room (between the North and South Towers). Our meetings are unstructured and often focus on scientific information not generally circulated in the mainstream media, common causes of immune deficiency and their nontoxic treatments, individual experiences and health issues, sexuality and gay culture, and current HIV/AIDS news events. Everyone who enjoys polite, open-minded discussion is welcome to attend. Occasional guest speakers and media presentations are announced through our email list.
Members communicate though a moderated email list that allows everyone to contribute and share information. We are building a local community for those in a philosophical minority, and therefore unconstructive or combative communiques are not welcome. To join the list and read past exchanges, go to our Alive & Well San Francisco Yahoo egroup. (Note: you must have a Yahoo account to join... it's easy and free)

When the first HIV tests were released in 1985 and his hospital clinic had to begin using them, Kremer analyzed how the test worked and concluded that it was non-specific. He expressed his doubts about the tests to the German Ministry of Health, who ignored Kremer's concerns and confirmed the obligatory use of antibody tests. Kremer accepted this mandate under the condition that test results were kept anonymous.
With this in mind, Kremer engaged in an experiment. He prepared test tubes using anonymous patients' blood and assigned each a number. He included tubes with his own blood sample and that of other doctors in the hospital. Although only some of the patients had positive results, all of the doctors tested positive! The doctors, being in a high-risk category since they worked in a hospital for drug addicts, had all been immunized with a new hepatitis B vaccine. Apparently, the vaccine produced enough antibodies to give a positive HIV test result.
Based on this experiment, Kremer refused to give his patients a clearly erroneous test when positive results were taken as a death sentence and the consequences evoked such profound psychological and physical stress. Furthermore, he refused to administer highly toxic drugs to people who instead needed treatments to stimulate cellular regeneration, especially for the liver damage caused by drug use.
Kremer left his job at the hospital and made a bold prediction: in the German jails -- the only place in which everyone entering and exiting is administered an "HIV test" -- there would be no seroconversions among the 20,000 drug addicts who share needles and have unprotected sexual relationships. After 10 years, Kremer's prediction was confirmed. Although numerous infections of venereal diseases and hepatitis occurred, there was not a single "HIV" seroconversion among the many people who had tested HIV-negative upon entered the jail.
This observation proves that the antibodies which produce positive results on "HIV tests" are endogenous (coming from within), and indicate a non-transmissible state of individual health, that may or may not be disease-related.
Our webmaster David is involved in a translation/editing project on the writings of German Medical Doctor, Heinrich Kremer, author of "Die stille Revolution der Krebs- und AIDS-Medizin" ("The Silent Revolution in Cancer and AIDS Medicine"). Go here for a preview of the book. Chapter XI is available for download here: The Lifesaving Knowledge on Healing [AIDS].
In his book, Dr. Kremer provides a uniquely detailed pathophysiology of AIDS (and cancer), which is primarily based on glutathione deficiency due to oxidative stress, and resulting mitochondrial dysbiosis and Type-2 immune counterregulation. In the process, he brilliantly refutes the “HIV=AIDS” theory—but the more profound implication is that (unlike theorists such as Duesberg) he reveals a cogent therapy plan for immune restoration, bringing recovery at a fundamental level rather than ameliorating symptoms.
Kremer's nontoxic therapy is an intensive nutritional program based on amino acids and other nontoxic substances, known as orthomolecular cell-symbiosis compensation therapy. This methodology is supported both by modern research in cell-physiology and biochemistry, as well as success in clinical practice! It is helpful for healing a wide variety of chronic autoimmune dysfunctions, including AIDS, Hepatitis C and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
A professional translation of this groundbreaking book is now underway. Look for it in September 2007. Follow the above links for some of Dr. Kremer's magazine articles and a summary of his book. Also, please check out our Frequently Asked Questions. German speakers can visit ummafrapp.de.
